Every piece is made to order, just for you. We take 2-3 business days to produce your order, then it ships and typically arrives within about a week — so most orders land within 7-12 days total. Orders placed over the weekend may take up to 14 days, since production begins on the next business day.

Because we don't mass-produce. Your piece is made after you order it, not pulled from a warehouse shelf — which means less waste and a product made specifically for you. The short wait is the trade-off, and we think it's worth it.

Each product page has its own size guide with exact measurements. Sizing varies by garment, so always check the chart on the specific item before ordering.

Because every item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing — so please check the size guide before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement.
